More about Chuck Hamm. After graduating in International Studies from Brigham Young University (2000), I started in Spanish translation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. This has helped me work with Spanish speaking clients in business and develop many great relationships and friendships in the Spanish speaking community. After having purchased 2 different real estate investments, in 2004, I started my real estate sales career. I joined a small Coldwell Banker franchise. After a few years with Coldwell Banker, I joined RE/Max. My experience with those two different firms taught me that the big “brands” do not add very much value that benefits the client. All the bigger firms seemed mostly focused on enforcing inflated agent commissions. This led me to do something different. In 2008, I became licensed as broker, and I established my independent brokerage “The HAMM Team.” I obtained a law degree in 2017, and passed the California State Bar Exam in February of 2019.
While continuing in real estate sales, I have expanded the services I provide to my clients and expanded my client base. As a Real Estate Broker, I work on sales and transactions for my own clients as well as agents that I employ (check out Sold2000.com). I enjoy contract negotiation. I study legal developments, compliance and related legal issues. Our team also works in mortgage lending (Fund2000.com).
Through my work with TD Processing Service Inc., I work with banks, attorneys, investors (any noteholder) on the default side of mortgages. TDProcessing.com specializes in nonjudicial foreclosures.
California real estate is unique. California real estate law is different than other states. My legal training and experience in real estate allows me to offer value to clients from various sectors and with various needs.
I also enjoy helping in the area of homelessness. While the problem is discouraging as it continues to grow, it is satisfying to be able to assist people with my expertise, and
